Is TCG responsible for printing if I did not use you as a printer?

TCG may create printing templates for you to use, however TCG is not responsible for problems with the printing done by an outside source. If we run your printing job ,we will follow up on any problems or complaints for you.

How long does printing take?

Print runs vary depending on the number printed and if the project is a custom design. Please view our Print Price List for a general idea of printing times.

What do I require to use illustrations created by Tres Chic Geek?

To use artwork on your site, for printing or promotional materials we require our clients to purchase a license for use.

Stock graphics and stock photography may also require a license fee. If you are providing your own artwork (clip art, custom graphics, photographed individuals or objects) the images must be royalty free, or have the permission of use by the artist. or site.

What kind of files will my artwork come in?

TCG can provide various file types depending on the use of your artwork. Some examples include: PSD, PNG, JPEG, GIF, and PDF.
